Monday Running brought to us By Tim - Extension Fitness

This year the Club has engaged Tim, from Extension fitness to provide pre-season training for Mods 

  • Mondays will be interval training from 6-7.15pm at Charles Veryard Reserve
  • Thursdays is strength and conditioning from 6pm at Charles Veryard - time may vary. 

Everyone is welcome to attend all elements of preseason training if you play grass, turf, seniors, juniors or even have friends who are interested in playing for the club this year! Come along.
